The military petition applies to U. S. military members (and their spouses/dependents) and requires you to:
- Provide proof that the military member is currently stationed in Arizona
OR
- Provide proof that the U.S. military member's state of legal residence is Arizona (and has been for at least 12 months)
Dependents are also eligible if the student provides proof of intent to be an Arizona resident and proof that they are using transferred post/911 G.I. bill benefits during a time in which the member of the U.S. uniformed services is serving on active duty (of 90 days or more).
